Different competence levels are available ranging from highly skilled (able to work independently from schematics/drawings) to helpers. The proper mix will help keep your total cost of personnel down while maintaining the quality you require.

Included among the equipment we can assemble and wire are switchgear, drives, controls, transformers, motors, breakers, starters, disconnects, generators and generator controls. Whether difficult and complex or as routine as placing cables and pulling wire, we can handle your needs. We can perform maintenance, upgrades, retrofits and/or installation of new or replacement equipment.

Hazardous Area Equipment Register (HAER)

We can work with your Hazardous Area Equipment Register (HAER) and install the equipment and devices required for compliance with your survey. We can bring a team of whatever size you require depending on your time frame. We can work in various ways. Our certified inspector can work off of your parts list or we can assist you in making a parts list based on your register. We can secure the correct parts or you can secure them through your regular vendors. When the parts are on board we can come to you and install them. Certified HAER Inspector can plan, advise and supervise the installation of equipment required by your HAER survey. We can provide the team to make all of the required installations, modifications and upgrades to ensure you are compliant.

Infrared (IR) Photography / Thermal Imaging

Each survey includes a written report including infrared (IR) images and explanations.

It is normally not practical to have a full-time thermographer on your permanent staff. We provide this preventative/predictive service. We can perform regular surveys and establish baselines for future routine surveys. We have all the credentials and training to work offshore and internationally, and we have experience in the drilling industry both onshore and offshore.

If you need more people for special projects, meeting deadlines, catching up backlogs, and meeting “promised by” obligations then we can help. We can provide a single worker, a team with a supervisor, and/or a project manager to manage an entire project. We can work with your employees or act independently. You can simply describe the task and give us the schematics or other details and we can function on a task basis with minimum or no supervision.
